String Table marked as "Preload Table" doesn't preload asynchronously on load
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-attached project “TestEmptyProject”
2. Click Build And Run
3. Observe the Player
Expected result: The String appears instantly because String Table was loaded during initialization
Actual result: String is loaded slower because the String Table begins to load only when a string is fetched from the Table
Reproducible with: 1.3.2 (2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.4f1, 2023.1.0a20), 1.4.4 (2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.7f1, 2023.1.8f1, 2023.2.0b4)
