UI elements with text gets bigger and grey when Player window is moved to another screen with different resolution
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “IN-124620”
2. Build and run the project
3. Press the "Windowed" button (if project opened fullscreen)
4. Move the Player window to another monitor
Actual result: When the Player moves to another monitor the text gets a bit more grey and the text becomes blurry as if it changed the font
Expected result: When the Player is moved to another monitor it adjusts itself to the scale of the monitor
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0a2, 6000.0.62f1, 6000.2.13f1, 6000.3.0f1 (5dac2ad68189), 6000.4.0a5, 6000.5.0a2
Could not test with: 2023.2.0a5 (Unable to test because of the way the project is built)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
