[WSA] Application.isMobilePlatform always returns true for UWP/WSA platform
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (Application.isMobilePlatform.zip)
2. Switch platform to Windows Store
3. Open the test.unity scene
4. Build for WSA Universal 10 for Desktop
5. Open Visual Studio solution
6. Deploy on a local machine
6. Observe, Application.isMobilePlatform always returns true in Output window
Actual results: Application.isMobilePlatform always returns true on a non-mobile platform
Expected results: Application.isMobilePlatform should return false
Reproduced with: 5.6.5p1, 2017.1.3p1, 2017.2.1p3, 2017.3.0p4, 2018.1.0b5
