Massive performance drop with Size over Lifetime or Size over Speed modules enabled when emitting particles from script
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached “ParticlePerformance.zip” Unity project
2. Open Window->Profiler
3. Enter Play mode
Expected results:
Reasonable performance
Actual results:
Massive CPU usage by ParticleSystem.SizeOverVelocityModule and ParticleSystem.SizeOverLifetimeModule
Reproduced in: 2018.1.0b1, 2017.3.0p1 2017.3.0b1, 2017.2.1p1, 2017.2.0f2, 2017.1.3f1, 2017.1.2f1, 2017.1.1p4
