EventSystem.current.IsPointerOverGameObject always returns false in VR
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached "VR.zip" project
2. Enter the Play mode
3. Hover the right controller over the UI in the Scene and press the index trigger
Expected result: "Is Pointer Over GameObject: True" text appears on the UI
Actual result: "Is Pointer Over GameObject: False" text appears on the UI
Reproducible with: 2.0.0-pre.5 (2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.25f1, 2021.2.7f1, 2022.1.0b2)
Notes:
- EventSystem.current.IsPointerOverGameObject() method is used in "InputDebugging.cs" script
