[XR SDK][Oculus] raycastPadding property isn't included when TrackedDeviceGraphicRaycaster is used
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("RaycastPadding.zip")
2. Open XR plug-in Management settings and enable "Initialize XR on Startup"
3. Open the "SampleScene" scene
4. Enter Play mode
5. Use a controller and hover over the X symbol (Top right corner)
6. Press on the X symbol
Expected result: X is pressed and the hover area has padding
Actual result: Pressing X does not work, hover area has no padding
Reproducible with: Oculus XR Plugin 1.9.0 (2019.4.25f1, 2020.3.8f1, 2021.1.6f1, 2021.2.0a17)
Could not test with: 2018.4.34f1 (XR SDK not available)
Note:
- 2019.4 with XR disabled doesn't have padding
