Crash on UnityEditor.Handles.Internal_DrawCameraWithGrid when opening or navigating the Scene
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("1219229.zip")
2. Open "GlassDepthBlur" Scene
3. If the crash doesn't happen on opening the Scene, please try to move around the Scene View while GI Preprocessing is loading, spawn a Reflection Probe and/or move it around
Reproduces on: 2019.3.0a10 (URP 7.0.0), 2019.3.3f1(URP 7.2.1), 2020.1.0a25 (URP 7.1.7, 7.2.1)
Doesn't reproduce on: 2019.2.21f1, 2019.3.0a9
Couldn't properly test on: 2017.4 due to no LWRP/URP, 2018.4 due to package errors

We are currently experiencing this problem on 2 different computers on two different projects!
