[Render Graph Viewer] Resource list icons cropped and in inconsistent positions
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create a new project from High Definition 3D or High Definition 3D Sample. The latter will highlight this issue more.
# Open Window > Analysis > Render Graph Viewer.
# Ensure Resource List width is as low as allowed, scroll down the Resource List.
*Actual results:* When the resource text is too long, icons are displaced, cropped, or fully out of sight. Dropdown icons are pushed out of line from other dropdown icons either by the 'imported resource' icon or text that is too long.
*Expected results:* No cropping or uneven layout of icons.
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.1f1, 2023.3.0b10
*Can't test with versions:* 2023.3.0a14, 2023.3.0a15 (different UI)
*Tested on (OS):* Ubuntu 20.04
*Notes:*
* Looks fine on an empty URP project, as none of the resource names are long enough to cause this.
* Didn't regression test further this as it's new UI - marking as not a regression. Please contact ticket reporter if you need further testing.
