[Linux] While in play mode, scene mode controls holding right mouse button are extremely sensitive
To reproduce:
1) Create a new project
2) Play it
3) Switch back to the scene view
4) Hold right mouse button and either move it around or WASD
Expected: Controls are unchanged from how it is if not in play mode
Actual: Rotation is wildly sensitive on even tiniest nudge, and WASD is completely unresponsive
Reproduced in 2019.3.0a12, 2019.3.0b1, 2020.1.0a1
Not reproduced in 2019.3.0a11, 2019.2.3f1
