[Tools] pCache Tool UX issues
Repro steps:
1. Open the pCache bake tool
2. Assign a mesh
3. Observe the following:
- Mesh Statistic fields are inputs; probably shouldn't be, since they are not editable by the user
- Typing a large value under 18 characters sets the value to 2147483647 (expected), but typing 18 or more characters resets it to 0 (unexpected)
- Press Save to pCache file and then press Cancel: the command still executes, with an invalid path error (should cancel the save)
