Regression
Yes
Zooming in/out in Scene View window on the display the zoom takes place in does not work
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Split off the Scene View to a different monitor
3. Add Game View Window to the first monitor (Right-click "Scene" -> Add Tab -> Scene)
4. Make sure both Scene View windows are active
5. Click on the Hierarchy to make the active tab
6. Try zooming in/out in the Scene View Window on both monitors
Expected result: Zooming in/out on the second display should change the view there and not on the first display
Actual result: Zooming in/out on the second display does not do anything, only the view on the first display changes
Reproducible with: 2022.3.23f1, 2022.3.14f1, 6000.0.0b14, 2023.2.17f1
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.13f1, 2021.3.37f1
Reproduced on: macOS Sonoma 14.4 (M1)
Note: Both displays are of different resolutions.
