Hidden GameObjects won't re-enable when they have call "DontDestroyOnLoad" function
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “Scenes/SampleScene” Scene
3. Hide the “Test” GameObject in the Scene view by clicking the “eye” icon in the Hierarchy window
4. Enter and exit the Play Mode
5. Show the “Test” GameObject by clicking the “crossed-out eye” icon
Expected result: The GameObject is visible in the Scene view and the “crossed-out eye” icon is gone
Actual result: The GameObject is still hidden and the “crossed-out eye” icon is visible
Reproducible with: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.53f1, 6000.0.28f1, 6000.1.0a5
Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11 (user)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
