You need to wait before you can cancel switching of targetPlatform
To reproduce:
1. Open any big project
2. Switch target platform
3. Hold on window appears, which is checking which assets need to be reimported for the new platform
Expected result: You can cancel the process to stop the switching
Actual result: You need to wait for the actual switching to begin
