XsdDataContractExporter throws NotImplementedException when running a UWP IL2CPP Build
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "XsdDataContractRepro.zip"
2. Open File>Build Settings...
3. Switch Platform to UWP
4. Switch Build configuration to Debug
5. Build And Run the project
Expected results: There are no errors thrown
Actual results: "NotImplementedException" error is thrown
Reproducible with: 2020.3.36f1, 2021.2.0a17
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.0a18, 2021.3.6f1, 2022.1.9f1, 2022.2.0a19, 2023.1.0a2
Reproducible on: Windows 10

Resolution Note:
The fix is available in the 2021 LTS release stream. Unfortunately this is not a change that we can back port to the 2020 LTS release stream.
