[XRSDK][Oculus][LWRP] Headset display does not receive input when using LWRP and the Oculus XR SDK package.
How to reproduce:
1) Create a new project using the VR template.
2) Add the oculus xr sdk package to the project manifest.
3) Add a XR Manager and associated assets to the project.
4) Build and run the project.
5) The standalone desktop mirror shows the scene correctly, however the headset does not receive any input.
Expected result: The headset should display the scene.
Actual result: The headset displays the Oculus environment with a message indicating that the headset is waiting for Unity.
Reproducible in 2019.1.0a1
LWRP Package: 3.3.0-preview
XR SDK: 0.0.3-preview
