[XR] [Post-Processing] Motion Blur effect renders screen in to 4 viewports when Single Pass rendering mode is used
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("1286514C.zip")
2. Open the "SampleScene" scene
3. Enter the Play mode
Expected result: The screen is rendered into 1 viewport per eye
Actual result: The screen is rendered into 2 viewports per eye (see "Go25YSQwO9.mp4" video)
Reproducible with: 2018.4.31f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.19f1
Could not test with: 2020.2.3f1, 2021.1.0b5, 2021.2.0a4 (Legacy XR not available)

Resolution Note:
This bug only affects 2018.4, which is not supported anymore. we advice to move to newer versions of unity.
