[XR Management] The "Must add at least one XRLoader instance" warning box overlaps other parts of the window
If you are viewing the XR Management Settings page in Project Settings and have no Loader Instances installed, the warning "Must Add At Least One XRLoader Instance" will overlap other elements of the window.
Looks like a regression in 2019.3.0a12.
1. Open Unity
2. Open the attached project
3. Go to Edit > Project Settings > XR Plugin Management
4. Inspect the XRLoader warning box
Expected Result:
All UI elements in the window are laid out correctly and don't overlap.
Actual Result:
The warning box overlaps the other elements in the window.
Tested on Windows.
Occurs on 2019.3 and 2020.1 with package version 3.0.1
