[XR Interaction Toolkit] Line Renderers jitter and their reticles move with a delay after them
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and Run on Quest
3. Point both controllers over the UI
Actual: The line renderers seem to jitter and the reticles get their position updated after a delay
Reproducible with: XR Interaction Toolkit preview - 0.9.4
