Haptics don't work with Oculus or OpenVR SDK as of Unity Editor 2018.3.0b2, InputSystem 0.0.7-preview
Haptics doesn't work with WMR either.
When using a Windows Mixed Reality Immersive Headset with the OpenVR sdk, spatial controllers are not detected as haptics-enabled.
