Xbox One Controller (Bluetooth) does not triggered the input events when an app is deployed on Hololens
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Switch platform to Windows Store
3. Build
4. Xbox One Controller via Bluetooth
5. Open VS solution
6. Deploy on a remote device (Hololens)
7. Hit buttons on a Xbox One Controller
8. Observe the input events was not trigged
Reproduced with: 2017.1.3p2, 2017.2.2p1, 2017.3.1p3, 2018.1.0b10, 2018.2.0a3
Actual results: The input events are not trigged
Expected results: The input events should be triggered
