[WSA] System.TypeInitializationException is thrown when deploying an APP which contains a nested class
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (kartb.zip)
2. Switch platform to Windows Store
4. Build for WSA 8.1 SDK, Target device - All devices
5. Open Visual Studio solution
6. Deploy on local machine (Debug 86x)
7. Observe the exception:
System.TypeInitializationException
Expected result: Unity should not throw an exception
Actual result: Unity throws exception
Reproduced with: 5.3.8f1, 5.4.5p1, 5.5.3p2, 5.6.0p3, 2017.1.0b2
