Hub shows 6.0 as Latest LTS when opening a project after deleting its 6.3 Editor version
How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Create and open a project with a 6.3 stream’s Editor version
3. Close the project
4. Delete the Editor version with which the project was opened
5. Try to open the Project with the missing version
6. Observe the warning pop-up
Actual result: Latest LTS version is displayed for the 6.0 stream
Expected result: Latest LTS version is displayed for the 6.3 stream
Reproducible with: 3.16.2

Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
