[WSA] API updater fails to update UnityEngine.XR.WSA.Input, recursion detected
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. API Update Windows will appear
3. Click I made a Buckup, Go Ahead!
4. Observe the error:
Internal error: Recursion detected while updating scripts (assembly name: Assembly-CSharp.dll)
Actual results: Error is thrown
Expected results: Error should not be thrown
Reproduced with: 2017.2.0b11, 2017.3.0a7
Not reproduced with: 5.6.3p2, 2017.1.1f1, 2017.3.0a6
