Wrong collision normals with composite tillemap collider

1. Open the project
2. Open the scene SampleScene.unity
3. Jump around by pressing space and see how air and ground are detected correctly
4. Jump against the left wall and see that the detection of ground stops working

I ran into a similar issue in a separate project. After testing the project linked in the forum post, I was able to reproduce the problem in Unity 2021 LTS (2021.3.16f1). Will this fix be extended to Unity 2021?
