WriteOutStallStackTraces provides no information when stalling with Editor script System.Threading.Thread.Sleep(100000)
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "Project.zip"
2. Go to Edit > Preferences > Diagnostics > Editor
3. Enable "WriteOutStallStackTraces"
4. Close the Preferences window and select Tools > Do stall and wait until code will finish executing
5. In the project folder find the Logs folder and open "stalls.log"
Expected result: Information is provided in "stalls.log" why Editor was stalled
Actual result: Provided information only shows when stall begin and end
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a13, 2021.2.0b5, 2022.1.0a4
Could not test with: 2018.4.35f1, 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.14f1, 2021.1.15f1, 2021.2.0a12 (No Diagnostics setting in Preferences)
