[WP81] Black screen when running application on WP81
On 5.3.0b1, deploying and running application on WP81 you can only see a black screen. No splash screen, no game view, just black screen.
Repro steps:
1. open attached project "UI.zip";
2. build to WSA Phone 8.1 platform;
3. deploy application on WP81 device;
