Lightmaps do not work on Direct3D 11 feature level 9.3 hardware
To reproduce:
1. Download repro.unitypackage
2. Open "crime" scene. It has a cube.
3. Notice the cube in scene - it has a material with a really high emission value
4. Build & run for WP8
5. Notice that the scene looks different - the plane does not get colored by the emission (unlike in the editor)
