Setting the the "PreWarm Delta Time" to the smallest value always sets the "PreWarm Step Count" to the different random values
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project and install the Visual Effects package
2. Create any VFX Graph and select it
3. In the Inspector, under the "Initial State" navigate to the "PreWarm Delta Time"
4. Drag the value to the right and then to the left until it reaches the smallest value
5. Repeat the previous step for a few times
6. Observe the "PreWarm Step Count" field
Expected result: "PreWarm Step Count" has a consistent value
Actual results: "PreWarm Step Count" value jumps in a range from 1 to 10000
Reproducible with: 6000.0.55f1, 6000.1.15f1, 6000.2.0f1, 6000.3.0a5
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.5 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: The values are inconsistent even when the "PreWarm Total Time" remains the same
