[WP8] Non uniform scale causes a significant performance drop
Regression since 4.3.4f1
Using a non uniform scale instead of a uniform scale causes a significant hit in performance
To reproduce:
1. Open attached repro.unitypackage
2. Build & run test scene for wp8
3. Press the button "Fast!" - a uniform scale object is used. Notice the fps is at about 60
4. Press the button "Slow!" - a non uniform scale is used on the same object. Notice the fps dips below 60, sometimes reaching even 40
