[WP8.1] Can't disable portrait orientation splash screen in Windows Phone 8.1 (Universal App)
To reproduce:
1. Build attached project
2. Run on device
3. Notice that splash screen turns into portrait orientation
Reproducible on Lumia 1320 with 5.4.0b7, 5.3.3f1, 5.2.4f1
