WP 8.1 app with "Shared User Certificates" does not deploy on certain devices
Trying to deploy an app with Shared User Certificates capability does not work on Nokia Lumia 1520, 520
Instead, it throws errors like: "An error 0x80073CF6 occurred while running: Package could not be registered."
According to Microsoft, this capability is highly restricted, and requires enterprise capability-unlocked phone to deploy the applications.
