windows: plugin crash on closing game
-e: when closing the tab with the game Broken Dimensions running the plugin crashes
-tested + crashed: Win7 Chrome30 & FF24 & IE10
-tested + no crash: osx 10.8, chrome30&ff24
-is fine with 4.2.2 runtime
-repro:
--set channel to Beta
--go to http://broken-dimensions.dadiugames.dk/BrokenDimensions/BrokenDimensions_Play_Now.html
--wait for it to finish loading
--close tab
--NOTICE plugin crash
