[Windows] IME is delayed from switching to the Korean language in the editor

Reproduction steps:

  1. Open the user attached project
  2. Switch to Korean language input
  3. Press the Play button
  4. Press and hold any letter on the keyboard
  5. While holding the button, enter the input field in the middle of the Game view by clicking on it

Expected result: All letters in the input field are Korean characters
Actual result: The first letter is a Latin letter in the input field

Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a1, 2021.3.8f1, 2022.1.13f1, 2022.2.0b5, 2023.1.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.38f1, 2021.1.28f1

Reproduced on: Windows 10

Note: it seems like Windows IME is providing a delay for switching from QWERTY layout to Korean. The problem does not reproducible in any other part of the operating system

    This is an issue with Windows, as this can be reproduced in Notepad, WPF applications, and in web browsers.
