[Windows] Hub Minimize button is stuck in hover state after minimizing the Hub window
Reproduction steps:
1. Minimize the Hub
2. Maximise the Hub from the taskbar
Expected result: The Minimize button is not stuck in the hover state
Actual result: The Minimize button is stuck in the hover state
Reproducible with: 3.2.0, 3.3.0-beta.1
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: macOS 12.4 (Intel)
Note: Hovering over the button will make it unstuck

Resolution Note:
This is an issue on Electron side. It will be resolved with an upgrade to Electron 19 version. The upgrade to this version is currently in progress.
