[Windows][Hub] Empty error prompt is displayed if Unity.exe is marked to be Run as Administrator
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to the location of any Unity.exe
2. Right Click and select Properties
3. Go to the Compatibility tab
4. Enable the "Run this program as an administrator" checkbox
5. Open Unity Hub
6. Launch a project that is selected to use the same Unity version that was set to run as admin in steps 1-4
Expected result: the error is either displayed correctly to inform about what had failed or Unity launches normally regardless if it's running in elevated mode
Actual result: empty error prompt (see screenshot)
Reproducible with 3.5.0
