[Windows] Hold on is being shown after switching platform and only disappears after hovering on the window
How to reproduce:
1. Download macOS or Linux module in the Unity Hub
2. Create a new Project
3. Open Build Profiles Window (File -> Build Profiles)
4. Switch to macOS or Linux Module
5. Observe the Editor
Expected result: The switching completes and any windows that were present disappear
Actual result: The switching loading window is still shown until the user hovers over that window, then it disappears
Reproducible with: 6000.0.9f1, 6000.0.7f1
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.6f1
Reproduced on: Windows 11
Note: Reproducible with almost every module, sometimes the window is thrown after entering the Play mode and does not disappear until the mouse is hovered onto it. Also it might be possible that you will need to switch the platforms back and forth (Windows to mac, mac to Windows).
