MacOS Xcode project build fails when a package has PrivacyManifest
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Create a new project
2. Install Analytics package
3. Export the Xcode project
4. Build the project
*Actual results:* Build fails
*Expected results:* Build succeeds
You can see the Xcode project contains Plugins/PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy, even though the actual file is in the root of the xcode project
*Reproducible with versions:* 2021.3.39f1
*Not reproducible with versions:* 2021.3.37f1
*Tested on (OS):* MacOS 14.5
