Windows COM throws the InvalidProgramException when using Ookii.Dialogs library
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “Assets/StandaloneFileBrowser/Sample/CanvasSampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Click the “Open File - Text” button in the Game view
Expected result: A file dialog opens
Actual result: “InvalidProgramException: Invalid IL code” is thrown
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a15, 2023.2.7f1, 2023.3.0b4
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1,2022.3.18f1, 2023.2.0a14
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Same bug in 2023.2.4f1.
There is workaround with vista file dialog, but it's very old UI.
