Window stays outside the display when switching from multiple monitors to a single monitor
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Detach Game window and drag it out to a second display
3. Disconnect the monitor that has the Game window in it
Expected result: Game window re-appears on the remaining monitor's display
Actual result: Game window stays outside of the display
Reproducible with: 2017.4.30f1, 2018.4.4f1, 2019.1.11f1, 2019.2.0b10, 2019.3.0a10
Additional notes:
1) Reproducible with any other movable window
2) Selecting a different Layout or re-opening the project fixes the issue
