Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-110228.zip” project
2. Open the “OutdoorsScene”
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe the clouds at the bottom of the sky, close to the horizon
Expected result: No flickering is visible
Actual result: The clouds are flickering
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0b1, 6000.0.54f1, 6000.1.13f1, 6000.2.0b12, 6000.3.0a3
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- Does not reproduce if “Ghosting Reduction” property (on the “Sky and Fog Volume” GameObject) itself is enabled but its functionality is disabled
- Reproduces with both DX11 and DX12
- Reproducible on a new project
- Also reproduces in the Player
