[Widows Store Apps] Touchscreen keyboard appears and hides tapping 2x on uGUI input field
Touchscreen keyboard appears and hides tapping 2x on uGUI input field. This doesn't happen on old Unity GUI.
Repro steps:
1. open attached project, which has input fields;
2. build to WSA platform and deploy on tablet;
3. tap with finger input field 2 times. Touchscreen keyboard appears and hides.

Touchscreen keyboard appears and hides tapping 2x on uGUI input field. This was fixed in 4.6.1 but this again got broke in 5 and even in 5.2 latest release.
Please look into this matter.
