Regression

When TextGenerator generates vertices for geometry specified by the <quad> tag in the text, the geometry does not get clipped
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open the examplebug scene
3. Select the Text object
4. Enable Textured Wire view in the scene so you can see the quad outside the bounds of the rect
5. Using the rect tool, increase the height of the RectTransform until "more text" becomes visible. Note that the generated quad now drops to the next line as expected.
Regression from 5.3.0b5
Reproducible: 5.3.1p1, 5.4.0b1
