When rawImage is with anchor presets set to stretch, the preview image can scale outside of its bounds and hide the inspector
To reproduce this bug:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open 'inspector break' scene
3. Select 'RawImage' gameObject
4. In the rect transform component, drag the value of Top/Bottom field up
5. Notice RawImage in the preview window starting to hide the inspector
