[CEF] When closing maintenance window, Unity editor is no longer in focus
When closing maintenance window, Unity editor is no longer in focus.
Repro:
1. Set Activation server in maintenance mode
2. Start Unity (with a valid ulf)
3. go to manage licenses and select Activate new license
4. Maintenance window appear - close it
RESULT: Maintenance window closes down and Unity i send to the back (still open but not in focus)
EXP RESULT: Unity should stay in focus
