[Android] When changing targetFrameRate with Multithreaded Rendering and VSync enabled frame jumps back and forth
Reproduction steps:
1) Open "bugs_fps_change_blackframe.rar" project
2) Make sure that Multithreaded Rendering is enabled
3) Build and run the project for Android
4) On ran project press "Vsync OnOff" button (make sure on top right it is written "VSync"; enable VSync)
5) Press few times on "60 / 30fps"
-- Notice that on click one frame goes back and forth
6) Press "Vsync OnOff" button (make sure on top right "VSync" is not written; disable VSync)
7) Press few times on "60 / 30fps"
-- Notice that one frame does not jump
Expected results:
Regardless if VSync is on or off frame should not jump
Note:
Disabling Multithreaded Rendering will make this issue not reproducible
