[WebPlatform][Android] App crashes on launch on some devices with "TypeError: ext.getSupportedProfiles is not a function" error

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Select WebGL platform
3. Build the project
4. Navigate to the build folder through the terminal e.g., cd /Users/username/unity_project/Build
5. Start a webserver with: http-server --port 8080
6. The webserver should show the address with the local IP of your Mac on the console, e.g.,
7. Open this address on any mobile device that is connected to the same network

Expected result: Application is loaded
Actual result: App crashes on launch on some devices with "TypeError: ext.getSupportedProfiles is not a function" error

Reproducible these Android browsers: Chrome, Xiaomi browser

Not reproducible on these browsers: Safari, Chrome (on other devices), Samsung Browser, Huawei Browser

    It seems to be fixed with 2021.2.17f1.

    We're facing same probelm with 2021.2.8f1
    Are there any work arounds for this?
