[WebGL] Player is not receiving request headers
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project
2) Build and run for WebGL
Expected: A circular logo should load (it works on the Editor itself)
Actual: Error is thrown "No blob meta found"

Resolution Note (2019.1.X):
In order to get a custom response header when performing a cross-domain request, the name of the custom header should be listed in the "Access-Control-Expose-Headers" response header. The code works as expected. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/Access-Control-Expose-Headers
