[WebGL] Player freezes with VisualScripting errors when built with WebGL
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user-submitted project https://editorbugs.unity3d.com/api/v1.0/attachments/c01f50a6-5f82-424a-80e0-c9a4592a1a08/Tea%20Reading%20-%20Unity.zip
2. Press File -> Build And Run
3. \[Optional] In the Player click on the button "Take a sip"
Expected result: build does not freeze
Actual result: build freezes
Reproducible with: 2021.2.6f1, 2022.1.0b2
Could not test with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.24f1 (Compilation errors, no built-in Visual Scripting package)
