[WebGL] ConvertToEquirect method gives a black image
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project ("ConvertToEquirectRegression.zip")
2. Open the repro scene ("SampleScene")
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Select the "Equilateral" object in the Assets folder
Expected results: Generated image is not black
Actual results: Generated image is black
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0a3, 2018.3.13f1
Not reproducible with: 2018.3.0a2, 2019.1.0a1, 2019.2.0a12
Notes:
1. Couldn't test with 2017.4 because of code errors
