Warnings are thrown when entering and exiting Play Mode in the Runner Game template
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Create a new project with the "Runner Game" template
2. Open the "Assets/Scenes/SampleScene" scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Exit Play Mode
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4
6. Observe the Console window
*Actual results:* Multiple warnings are thrown in the Console window
*Expected results:* No warnings are thrown in the Console window
*Reproducible with versions:* 2021.3.32f1, 2021.3.44f1
*Not reproducible with versions:* 2021.3.31f1
*Tested on (OS):* macOS Sonoma 14.6.1 (M1 Pro)
